Shipping

All Elektra orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently offer two shipping options:

For Canada:

• Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

For International Orders:

• Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

• Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and potential carrier delays.

Elektra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order.

 

Returns

We want you to love your Elektra pieces. If something isn’t right, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a store credit, exchange, or refund with valid proof.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Tags must still be attached.
  

To start a return or exchange, contact our support team at ektragymwear@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
